Town of Tonawanda, Fitness on the Lawn: Core & Stretch

Develop and build a strong core which is important for everyday activities. This will be followed by stretching. Who doesn't need a stretch? Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy- we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. If you tend NOT to stretch after a workout, then this class is for you.
