Translation and interpreter services are always free when you call Member Services. And now you can use a language card to get help wherever you are. Show it at the doctor's office, pharmacy, and any place you get services.
Find the card below that is in your language and English. There are four ways to get the card so you can carry it with you:
The printed card will fit in your wallet or pocket. Show the card to the person you are speaking with. The person can follow the instructions on the card to get an interpreter. This service is free.
