Now that you’ve enrolled in your Highmark Health Options Medicaid benefits, you can do things now before you need to use your Medicaid benefits. To get started, here are some helpful member tools and resources to explore and steps to take.

Get Yourself Set Up 

Here are some steps you can take now so you’re prepared when you need care. 

  1. Log in to your Highmark Health Options Member Portal to manage your benefits, select a primary care provider and more.  
  2. Use your online Provider Directory to find your in-network doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and more. 
  3. Look up your prescription drugs in your drug formulary (also called drug list) to make sure they’re covered.  
  4. Get a free language card that shows your language to use when you need translation services or an interpreter. 
  5. Learn more about online doctor visits and how to download the HHO on the Go app to your mobile device. 
  6. Read our Member Newsletters, available in both English and Spanish. 
  7. Visit the Addiction and Substance Use Disorder Resource Center if you or your loved ones need help.

Learn About Monthly Cash Benefit Eligibility

We can help adults and children with certain physical or mental health conditions apply for Disability (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI).This service is free for members of Highmark Health Options. If you are approved, you may be eligible for a monthly cash benefit. The amount is determined by your work history or current household income and resources, depending on which program you are approved for. To find out if you are eligible, please start by filling out the form.
