How D-SNPs work
You’ll have a large selection of approved (also called in-network) doctors, specialists, hospitals and other providers to use across the state.
Primary Care Provider (PCP)
Your PCP is your main doctor and will coordinate your covered care. He or she can also refer you to other providers or specialists,

After finding your PCP, you can call the office to ask if it accepts your D-SNP and to schedule the appointment you need.
Getting covered prescriptions
In most cases, you'll need to have your prescriptions filled at a Highmark Health Options Duals approved pharmacy to use your D-SNP benefits.
