Measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) are very contagious diseases that can make you really sick, especially if your body isn't fighting off germs very well. It's super important to make sure you have the right shots to protect yourself.
Get Your Shots!
If you're not sure if you've had your MMR shots, or haven't had two doses, please make an appointment with your provider to get them. This protects you and everyone around you. The MMR vaccine is safe and works great*.
If you're already sick or have a weak immune system: If you have a health problem, take medicine that weakens your immune system, or have something else that makes you more vulnerable to illness, talk to your doctor. You might need a blood test to see if you're protected against measles, mumps, and rubella.
We want you to be healthy! Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. Your health is our top priority.
