Prativa Joshi joined Highmark Ventures in 2021 and is involved in evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, while also managing existing portfolio partnerships. Prior to Highmark Ventures, she led a Business Development team at an HCIT startup. Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Prativa worked in Investment Banking for the Healthcare Coverage group at Citigroup in NYC. Prior to Banking, she worked as an Engineer at Philips Healthcare.

Prativa earned her MBA from Tepper School of Business, CMU, where she focused in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
