We contact your doctor and provide you with educational information at the time of enrollment, and throughout your membership with us. In most cases, the transitional period extends up to 60 days from the date of enrollment.

Starting January 1, 2023, Onduo will be available for virtual diabetes management services providing you with the personalized support you need to take control of your type 2 diabetes.
As Onduo’s digital approach might not be the best fit for those with more complex conditions, some members may not qualify for the program. In those limited scenarios, employees will receive information from their health plan to help in transitioning away from Livongo by supplementing supplies and services through their medical or pharmacy coverage. Specialized support will be made available for those not eligible for the Onduo program to ensure a smooth transition and continued access to care.
