2. Take note of the 3-letter network code based on your residence and click SEARCH FOR DOCTORS AND FACILITIES
3. On the "Narrow Your Search Results" window, click "Enter Card ID". Scroll down to "Narrow Your Results without Logging in" and enter the 3-letter network code; example ZOD.
4. Browse by location or search for provider names and specialties.
