Tricia Gray is Vice-President of the Sales Operations and Delivery group. She serves as the critical link between the development and the execution of the sales and go-to-market strategies. Ms. Gray helps increase the productivity and improve outcomes for the sales team by reducing friction in the sales process.
She has responsibility in managing several teams in order to maximize the effectiveness of the Commercial Market Sales organization. These functions include Sales Support, CRM Management, RFP’s, Customer Implementation and Messaging, Broker Operations amongst several others critical to the overall success of the Sales team.
She drives innovations and resolutions for high visibility initiatives in support of Commercial Markets, and also develops strategies and tactics that will deliver the best outcomes for Highmark’s valued customers.
Ms. Gray has over 25 years’ experience in the health insurance industry. She has held a variety of management positions during her career at Highmark within the Operations and National Sales areas.
